The Conference Grounds is a family campground focused on Jesus Christ and is open to all denominations. We have campsites that can accommodate trailers, RV's popup campers, and tents. We have 3 sections of camping. All sites in Section A are handicap accessible and have electric, water, and sewer hook-up. Sites in Sections B and C have electric and water hook-up. Reserved site camping for the summer months is by weeks, with check-in on Saturday after 1PM and check out the next Saturday by noon. (See registration page for information regarding 2012 summer registration.) The Grounds operates a small ice cream/candy store and resturant during the summer months. The Grounds has large, clean restrooms, individual showers, and laundry facilities.

If your desired week of camping is full, add your name to our WAITING LIST. We regularly call through our entire wait list. Which means...if your phone rings and your family has the week available, we may have a camping spot for you!

To add your name to the wait list: Phone 616-842-4478 or email ministry@crcg.org with name, phone number, week, and section perference.

Fall Camping Season: September 9-November 1, 2012
A-section $25 per night or $125 for the week
B/C section $20 per night or $100 for the week

Summer 2012 Camping/Cottage Refund Policy

1. Cancellation refund requests MUST BE received at least 10 days prior to the reservation date to be eligible for a refund.

2. Membership fee ($35.00) is NOT refundable.

3. Processing fee of $5.00 will be charged for all cancellations where a refund check is issued.

4. Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to arrival will forfeit their camping or cottage deposit unless we are able to re-reserve the campsite or cottage.

5. Refunds will NOT be given to those who leave prior to their last day(s) of their scheduled reservation.

6. Cancellations due to immediate family (grandparent, parent, child) illness or death are eligible for a camping or cottage deposit refund with Director approval.

7. You may transfer your camping or cottage reservation to a new campsite or cottage (different week or site) provided we have received at least 10 days notice. If less than 10 days, your deposit will transfer if we are able to rebook your previous campsite or cottage. If not, your camping or cottage deposit on your previous site will be forfeited.
