Reservation Regulations:
1. All reservations are from Saturday to Saturday during the Summer camping season (Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day Week-end), and may be made for 1 or 2 consecutive week periods.
2. If you want to make a reservation for more than one / two week period an interval of at least 1 week is required between reservation periods.
3. When making reservations, please stipulate your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices for conference weeks, camping sections (A, B, or C) and campsites (you may say any section/site for your third choice).
4. Please review sites carefully and check for size of lot (backside of map) if it can fit your trailer!
5. Please use one reservation form for each week or two consecutive weeks. Use separate forms for each non-consecutive week! (you may make copies of the registration forms)
6. Reservations will be confirmed when we receive your registration form and required deposit.
7. Reservations for Memorial Day weekend must be for a 3 night minimum (Friday through Monday).
8. Reservations for Labor Day weekend may be made along with reservations for the preceding 1 or 2 week period, but must be for a minimum of 2 days (Saturday and Sunday).
9. Sunday arrival and departure for camping is not permitted unless it is a medical emergency.
Cottage Reservations:
1. Cottage reservations begin at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2010 and will end at 3:00 PM.
2. Cottage reservations will be taken in sequential order: one person at the door, two mail-ins (by lot). That sequence will be followed throughout registration day. No phone calls will be accepted for the initial day of registration!
3. Mail-in reservations will be accepted starting Saturday, December 26, 2009 for cottages.
4. Family groups may reserve up to four cottages for a one week period. Additional requests are a separate transaction (place in line or mail.)
5. Family groups may not make cottage reservations during Special Needs, Junior, or Senior High weeks. You may reserve up to two cottages during these weeks.
6. You will be contacted by mail or a phone call if you did not receive a cottage reservation.
7. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS IN THE COTTAGES, OUT SIDE ON THE PORCH, OR BY THE COTTAGES!
Camping Reservations:
1. Camping Reservations will start Saturday, January 16, 2010, from 7:00 am and end at 5:00pm.
2. Camping reservations will be taken in sequential order: one person at the door
and 2 mail (by lot). That sequence will be followed throughout registration day. No phone calls will be accepted for the initial day of registration.)
3. Mail-in reservations will be accepted starting Saturday, January 2, 2010.
4. Church or large group reservations (more than four) must be separate from individual registrations in their mailing and at walk-in registration time. 5. Church and family groups (larger than four) may not make camping reservations during Junior or Senior High weeks.
6. The Board of Directors also request that between weeks four and ten that you keep your camping requests to two weeks or less so we may accommoadte as many familes as possible during our peak camping weeks. 7. If you are making multiple reservations for a group of four or less they must be the same campers or it is a separate reservation request (place in line or mail). 8. Camping registrations (1,800 requests) take a minimum of one week to process after which confirmation will be mailed by the end of the following week - Jan. 23, 2010.
