The Grounds has 2 trailers that will be available for rent Summer 2023!

OPTION #1 

  • This updated, 2003/36 ft. Cedar Creek will be on campsite A65.
  • The rental cost of $810.00 for the week includes your membership fee of $50.00, the trailer, and the site for Weeks 3-10.
  • The cost will be $760.00 for Weeks 1, 2, and 11.
  • Memorial Day Weekend cost is $350.00 and Week #12 plus Labor Day weekend is $1,010.00.

This trailer sleeps 4. The trailer has a super slide that enlarges the living and dining area as well as a slide out in the front bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed, a huge closet, tons of storage cabinets, a door leading outside, and an accordion style door that leads to the walk-through bathroom area with a stand up shower, lavatory, and toilet room w/door, and a privacy door leading into the kitchen/living area. Initial supply of toilet paper provided. The kitchen has a table w/ 4 chairs, stove/oven, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot, toaster, silverware and utensils, crock pot, griddle and plenty of storage. Living area has a new sofa sleeper and 2 recliners. Please bring your own towels, linens, and pillows. Smoke free/Pet free.

  • This updated, 2000/27 ft. Coachman C-Class Motorhome will be on campsite A43.
  • The rental cost of $760.00 for the week includes your membership fee of $50.00, the trailer, and the site for Weeks 3-10.
  • The cost will be $710.00 for Weeks 1, 2, and 11.
  • Memorial Day Weekend cost is $300.00 and Week #12 plus Labor Day weekend is $960.00.

This trailer sleeps 4. The trailer has a back bedroom with a queen bed, side cabinets for hanging clothes and over the bed storage cabinets.  Just outside the bedroom is the walk-through bathroom area with a stand up shower on one side and lavatory/ toilet room w/door on the other side, and a privacy door leading into the kitchen/living area. Initial supply of toilet paper provided. The kitchen/living area has a bench table, sofa, stove/oven, microwave,  pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot, toaster, silverware and utensils, crock pot, griddle and plenty of storage. The over the cab bed sleeps 2. Please bring your own towels, linens, and pillows. Smoke free/Pet free.
