Summer Family Camp

Welcome to Camp Conference Grounds! During the summer months, camping is reserved by the week.

Is it glamping? Is it camping? Either way…

Hello From Camp Conference Grounds!

Our Camper’s Log is home to our weekly summer programming and information. Check it out for more about summer camp!

Summer Registration

Looking to come to the family camp? We fill our summer camp through a lottery process. The 2026 lottery process is complete, but our summer camp still has availability!

Still want to camp this summer and we are fully booked?

Try for a non-reserved lot!

1. Requests for non-reserved sites (5 – sites A-54 / B-21 / C-1,2,3) may be made in person or by phone 48 hours prior to the date requested.
2. Non-reserved sites may be taken for a minimum of three days to a maximum of 14 days. You may extend your stay on an unreserved site if your request is made 48 hours prior to your scheduled leaving and you have not exceeded the 14 day maximum camping period.

See Our Availability

Our live availability map will show what sites are available per week. You can’t book yourself using the map, so if you’d like to register for a spot, contact us via email or phone!

Rates on availability map reflect deposit only.

Registration Forms

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the Conference Grounds offers weekly Christian family camp programming that is rooted in God’s love and celebrates His faithfulness!

This registration form is a required first step to request a reservation to attend family camp at the Conference Grounds for the initial registration process in January 2026.

Registration Lottery

Registration forms will be received and randomized for a live lottery drawing in January.

  • Cottages requests will be drawn at random on January 10, 2026 starting at 7am
  • Camping requests will be drawn at random on January 17, 2026 starting at 7am

Registrations received will be drawn at random to identify the order in which reservations for family camp will be made.  We will take one in person registration and two online/mail in registration requests and continue this process throughout registration day.  Online forms will be considered the same as mail.  Please do not fill out an online form and send one by mail.  This will not increase your chances in the lottery.  This form allows you to request your top three desired weeks to attend.  Each registration form can include up to 5 requests for larger groups or families to camp together.  Only one member per group needs to fill out the form.  If your group is larger than 5, please call us!   Cottage requests are limited to one per family.  Multiple cottages cannot be reserved.  Space is limited.

New This Year!

Confirmations of reservations will be sent via email immediately when confirmed by the Registration Team after Registration Day is complete. In an effort to save paper and reduce the cost of postage, confirmations will only be emailed.  An accurate email address is essential for this process!

If you are a family with a person living with disabilities and would like to request to attend the SNW/Friendship Week, please complete the form for that week.

Next Steps

  • Wait for Registration Day 2026. Forms are required. Live walk-ins at Registration may increase your chances for the lottery draw. To participate and qualify as a walk-in, you can come to the Grounds by 9am on Thursday, January 8 for Cottage Registration and Thursday, January 15 for camping registration.  At 9am on each Thursday we will have a random drawing of those present to determine your place in line on Saturday morning.  After this random drawing at least one representative per registration form must be physically present at all times at the Conference Grounds until Registration Day on Saturday.  If coming after the initial drawing, you can add your name to the walk in list. You or a member of your party is then expected to stay on-site. This list will be located outside of the Sunshine Room.  The Sunshine Room will be open from 8am-10pm Thursday and Friday.  Meals will be provided on a donation basis.
  • Receive your email confirmation soon after Registration Day.
  • Pay the deposit. Deposit is required in the amount of $150.00 per camping site and $600.00 per small cottage and $800.00 per large cottage.  It must be paid within 2 weeks of receiving your reservation confirmation email. Payments can be made by check (via US mail or dropped off in-person), cash paid in person or by credit card online (3% credit card processing fee applies).  If payment is not received within 2 weeks, your reservation will be cancelled.
