The Grounds has one trailer on Lot A42 that will be available for rent Summer 2026: 2000 Coachman C-Class
- This updated, 27 ft. motorhome will be on campsite A42.
- The rental cost of $873 for the week includes your membership fee of $50.00, the trailer, and the site for Weeks 3-11.
- The cost will be $824 for Weeks 1, 2, and 12.
- Memorial Day Weekend cost is $390 and Week #13 plus Labor Day weekend is $1,045.00.
- Fall Harvest Festival cost is $455 (4-nights).
Description: This trailer sleeps 4. The trailer has a back bedroom with a queen bed, side cabinets for hanging clothes and over the bed storage cabinets. Just outside the bedroom is the walk-through bathroom area with a stand up shower on one side and lavatory/ toilet room w/door on the other side, and a privacy door leading into the kitchen/living area. Initial supply of toilet paper provided. The kitchen/living area has a bench table, sofa, stove/oven, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot, toaster, silverware and utensils, crock pot, griddle and plenty of storage. The over the cab bed sleeps 2. Please bring your own towels, linens, and pillows. Smoke-free/Pet-free.
