2021-2022 Reception Guidelines – Worship Center

  1. The Worship Center accommodates receptions up to 300 guests.
  2. Tables and chairs are included in the rental price. Table or chair coverings are not provided. (We have 72” round tables – seat 10 / 60” round tables – seat 8 / 72” rectangle tables – seat 8)
  3. We are an alcohol, smoking, marijuana/cannabis or derivative(s) free campus and usage is not permitted in or outside of our facilities. No pets allowed.
  4. Wedding party is responsible for all additional decorations they bring in.  You may not use nails, tacks, or certain tapes to attach decorations to our walls, fixtures, tables, and chairs. All decorations must be removed immediately after the reception is completed.
  5. Worship Center will be available at 1:00pm the previous day for decorating provided the facility is not reserved previously to your reservation. You must leave the facilities by 11:00pm.
  6. Parking will be available in one of our parking lots or our activity field the day of the reception.
  7. Caterer is responsible for their set-up and following clean-up including bringing all waste to our dumpsters. If CRCG staff remove the waste an additional charge will be added to the rental fee.

A deposit of $150.00 is required to reserve a wedding reception date and is not refundable.  The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the reception.
